Excellent all round. Very warm welcome. Sara is very enthusiastic and proud of the property and rightly so. Fully equipped kitchen with supplies of necessary items : coffee,tea etc to tide you over to the first shop. Very comfortable beds in tastefully decorated rooms. Lots of living space with TV wifi board games... essential for when the weather is dreadful! Shame we couldn't use the balcony on account of the rain. Centrally located for visiting the Sancy and the Chaine des Volcans. Supermarket close by.

Beautiful hotel in stunning location, exterior view is amazing. Staff were the best. Common areas are great. Rooms could do with slight up date but that is the only slight criticism.

our room-the triple room for poor mobility had great views-two balcony doors with chairs and table. Room was huge Demi pension option was very good value
