Our first stay in a parador and it was really amazing. They have done a formidable job of renovating the building while keeping it looking like an old castle. The restaurant was excellent and much better than others in Olite. The breakfast was also great as they cook the hot food to order so you get it freshly prepared. The staff were very helpful and friendly. You can't beat the location as it is practically part of the Olite palace. Our room was really charming with a pair of 4 poster beds and a little sitting area.

The hotel was in an excellent location for our trip from Spain to UK. We had a meal in the restaurant and would highly recommend it, the food was very good and certainly value for money. Breakfast was also very good with a good selection of choices for all tastes. We will certainly use this hotel again.

Super clean, spacious parking, rooms like in a five star hotel, lovely restaurant, exceptionally friendly lady running restaurant and bar. The location is wonderfully quiet but close enough for a city trip to Pamplona! Great value... go there - you won't regret this!

We had difficulty getting in as the automated check-in wasn't working. The manager soon arrived to let us in - and gave us a bottle of wine for our inconvenience. Much appreciated. The room was large, spotlessly clean, and the bonus of having a small patio for the dog was fantastic. Breakfast was adequate. We will return.

It's our half way stop over on our way to Spain. A few years ago they very kindly opened up for us to stay overnight on New Year's day. We appreciate it to this day, as we were the only guests in the hotel.

The room was beautiful and it felt relaxing from the moment we walked in. The building had been expensively restored and this was reflected throughout. We enjoyed a three course dinner which was good value for money. It was particularly pleasant to sit in comfortable surroundings and enjoy a glass of wine. We liked the location and took a stroll around the town, which has several buildings of architectural significance. The host was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We will go there again.
