Very good hotel on the beach. It is part of a big complex, the length of the beach walk is around 1km. Most part of the beach is with rocks, but there is also sandy beach which is good for kids near the big restaurant ( Soprano ). There is also a pier to the deep water, but it was mostly closed beacuse the wind. Beacuse of the big area there is a bus line between the reception and the big restaurant in every 20 minutes and sometimes a little sightseeing train also takes guests around the hotel. We had 3 reservations for different type of rooms and asked to be close to each other, they were able to give us rooms close to each other in higher standard rooms and we got those better rooms without additional charge. Late checkout also was not a problem. The staff is very polite and everybody speaks English. I liked that the staff starts to speak to us in English not in Russian. Also a good thing that it is enough to tell to the agents ( massage, trips etc ) 'no thanks' once. There are enough bars, we did not had to wait for the drinks. In some of the bars there is a drink list with some basic cocktails ( pina colada, mojito, long island etc ) included in the All incl plan, we have tried some and they were unexpectedly good. There are about 20 pools, some of them is heated, the water of the slides is already heated. There is a free usable wifi in the entire hotel. Very good for families with kids ( suitable beach, slides, 4 person bicycles, ice cream at snacks restaurant etc ). The food was good, there is enough selection.

The breakfast was really exceptional with plenty of options with very high standard quality food. Very good facilities and very imppressive service with very skilled and friendly staff the location is good and the room was brand new with new furniture, the bar is also really great the pool as well as close to the reception and other locations, very nice activities with plenty of joy and memories. Overall a very very good stay could def recommend and tbh one of the best hotels I've been to.

wonderful Hotel. wonderful Staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was amazing quality and taste. the variety at the buffets was amazing. The Hotel is direclty on the Reef. There is a long jetty, that you can use to access the deep water where you can snorcle or a more shallow part, where you can observe the fish while standing. It was a great stay. The stay at Jaz Amara exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect. The staff is amazing, friendly, professional, attentive, always with the smile and make you feel like home. The food in all restaurants was delicious, offering a big variety of dishes for every taste. Room was spacious and super clean, everyday with a sweet decoration.. Facilities were great - pool area, also for kids and the beach everything we needed. It was the perfect place for relaxed vacation.

It was a most beautiful resort in the red sea. It was a second time visit here. My families told me that it is like a dream. The staffs was so friendly, kind and professional. I asked them for birthday cake of one of my family. They prepared a great dinner table and lovely small cake and congratulations songs. It was so impressive experience of my life. Thank you enough for you staff's all efforts. Every morning open my eyes, I could see a beautiful view and restaurants was great also. Main restaurant's food was perfect and Sand restaurant was also immaculate. They served us sufficient all I wanted. Especially my mather felt happy here. she told me she came the place like a heaven. If I have a chance to come here again, I'll do. Thank you so much while the days I stayed.
