I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and I’d like to highlight the exceptional staff behavior. Everyone was cooperative, helpful, and welcoming. A special thank you to Eliwa, who hosted us with utmost professionalism. He made us feel like we were receiving special treatment, even though he extends the same care to every guest. I’d also like to thank Hashem, the bartender at the relaxation pool, and Mohamed, the pasta chef, for their exceptional service. Mohamed’s work was filled with passion, love, and joy, which made our dining experience truly delightful. Unlike reviews I’ve read about other hotels and resorts in the region, we experienced no form of discrimination, especially against Egyptians. The treatment was equally excellent for all guests, regardless of nationality, which was very refreshing. The drinks were moderate in quality, but the outstanding staff attitude more than compensated for this. The rooms were impeccably clean. However, the side sea view wasn’t ideal for us, and we would prefer a pool view for our next visit. The variety of food was outstanding. I’ve never encountered such an extensive selection as I did at Steigenberger Soma Bay. The taste was diverse, blending local cuisines with international favorites, which truly enhanced the dining experience.

The resort is perfectly sized, offering a spacious yet uncrowded atmosphere, making it ideal for stays of 3 to 7 nights. The beach is beautiful, featuring soft sand with no rocks and plenty of loungers. A unique highlight is the adjacent empty beach with no neighboring hotels, providing a peaceful setting for stunning sunset walks—something quite rare in Hurghada. The buffet offers a wide selection of dishes, with lunch served in a lovely terraced area by the beach, creating a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience. Additionally, there are two à la carte restaurants—Italian and Egyptian There are plenty of bars throughout the resort, including options on the beach, by the pools, and in the lobby. The staff is incredibly attentive, ensuring drinks are swiftly taken and delivered. The hotel is well-maintained, and the service is outstanding. The animation team keeps the atmosphere lively with a variety of activities throughout the day, while the evening shows in the charming amphitheater add to the entertainment experience. This hotel’s high rating is well-deserved, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Hurghada.

Everything! When you enter, you will be overwhelmed by the beauty! Clean and big room, with a nice terras.every staffmember was sincerely friendly and helpfull. Especially in the kitchen and restaurant, also the staff around the pool and the housekeeping. The hotel is really clean, nice beds to relax at the pool. ( Iwith relaxing music) Thefood in the world restaurant has enough variety for at least one week of different tastes. Very fine and good food! We loved it and will surely be back!

The hotel is very clean, the staff is super friendly and calm. The wifi is the best I have ever experienced. Even on the beach and at the pool you have 100% internet. The oriental food is the best I ever tasted. The beds are also comfortable. I can’t find any reason not to come back next year and bring friends.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful stay at your hotel. Special thanks go to Butler Mina — his professionalism and love for his work made our stay truly comfortable. He is always ready to assist and resolve any issue, which is greatly appreciated. I would also like to highlight the bartenders at Posh Lounge, Mohamed and Jamal — these guys truly put in the effort, and their attention and hard work don’t go unnoticed. Additionally, the young lady at Posh Lounge with her incredibly beautiful eyes and genuine smile creates an atmosphere of warmth and joy. One small suggestion: it would be great to have piles of blankets near the restaurants — in windy weather, they would be much appreciated. Overall, the hotel left an exceptionally positive impression. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true getaway. Thank you for everything!
