It’s a perfect place if you want to have a chill vacation, I was a bit stressed because I don’t speak Arabic and English well but the people at the reception were patient and kind, the food is quite good

Best relaxing holiday for family , we stayed at the grand hotel , beach is on your doorstep , beach is very good for children to play and swim , animation team from italy at kidz club is amazing keeping children busy with lots of activities like soccer , mini disco, face painting , dancing . The food is the best in the world , catering for vegetarian and meat eaters with barbecue braai outside every night . We were able to use the water slides at sea club at a good fee daily . Very good gym at Grand Hotel at a good fee per day . We received complementary water and coffee daily in our rooms. The rooms are beautiful , fresh towels daily , hairdryer for the ladies, body lotions ,sewing kit, shapoos, and conditioner. They also have a pharmacy at Petro supermarket opposite the golf hotel , the phamasist is very good and helpful Sir Mohamed helped us book transfer and was able to whats app him in English any questions or anything that i need , before my trip , thank you . The coffee shop at sea club hotel have the best turkish coffee, shisha, and best egyption hot ginger beverages that you have to try. I will just add some authentic music daily to spice it up There is also a small train that they the resort use to transfer kids and family from the hotel to the the kidz club. The aqua park for kids from age 8 is very good . Very nice waterslides . The gardens and grass are beautiful Beautiful surroundings for morning walks . You dont need to leave the resort , they have everything. The architect of the Grand hotel is beautiful , I took so many pictures Wheater in Jan : very warm days can spend on beach , sunset at 5pm and then it is chilly , you will need a jacket

It was amazing. I loved Looking out into the hills. I loved the whole 5 star experience. We had a cable car ride which was very memorable Abdallah was super helpful. Thumbs up to him. I think that's his name. I was liaising with him online before I arrived. Which reminds me that the location is a bit tricky, but I got a Google map link and description from the hotel before arriving so that helped a lot. Also don't go for purpose of shopping because galala as a town is quite empty. But if you go for purpose of resting and unwinding, you will do just that. It will also be good for conferences. our stay was very dreamy and totally don't regret the visit. I'm planning to go back with my friends.

The hotel was very nice and very big,the staff were all very nice people too. I had a good time, they have very good social skills and were pleasant to speak with, I enjoyed my stay there and felt very welcomed and comfortable, the pool was Basically outside my window and the room was very spacious, there was a local shop on-site that was very convenient for your essentials which was 30 seconds from my room too and the beach was two mins walk from my room . The pool area is separate. It's a very nice place I'm happy I went there and I would go back. I would recommend Regina Resorts to anybody. Id give them 10 stars.the only issue was no WiFi apart from that everything was great. So I would advise you to get that WiFi organised asap before I return lol and any other person on vacation will also want WiFi. I wasn't able to use my British SIM card In Egypt so I had to buy an Egyptian sim car. It only allowed me to call Egyptian numbers too and you cannot make a WhatsApp call in Egypt either. So that is the only thing that needs to be sorted out as soon as possible.
