Everything was fine. The room was clean and slept like a baby. Couldn't hear anything from outside and my car was parked just below my window. Price was a bit higher than the last couple of time I stayed there.

Fantastic place, I fully recommend it to anyone staying in Neu-Ulm/Ulm. The room was cosy, quiet and comfortable. The kitchenette was well-equipped. For starters, the property is brand new and furnished to a high standard! We found the property while looking for a place close to Legoland and we’re not disappointed. Our host, Simona, was simply fantastic and made our stay a wonderful one. We especially appreciated the warm welcome and the extra mile she went to accommodate a booking mistake made by our travelling friends. The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. It has a shower and bath which was great as we have a toddler. The kitchen has everything you need as well. Parking is private and right in front of the property and the nearby bakery made breakfasts easy! Wi-Fi was great for keeping in touch.
