The team were fantastic, I booked this hotel for my colleague and once they heard that she is Vegan, the staff went to the local supermarket to get snacks for her. An excellent stay for cyclists - they have a locked bike garage and a lift to the upper floors. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful and check-in was easy. The rooms are modern, the bed comfortable, the wifi good and there's plenty of hot water. The location is excellent - just beside the town gate to the pretty altstadt. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options and a wonderful coffee machine. We wished we could have stayed longer.
