This place is a gem 💎, the Deluxe room is beautiful, new, clean, with A/C and wifi, the hotel is beautiful all green full of plants every were, a small and private pool and jacuzzi that are great for the late afternoons after all day excursions, the included breakfast is perfect and enough, the location is perfect right in the middle of the main street walking distance to all Hanga Roa, But the best part is the service of every person that works in here from the 2 maids, Eduardo at the front desk and the owners Francisca, Sebastián and MariaJose are hands in helping you with everything you need, from the moment we got to the airport they pick up us with flower necklaces and a welcome drink and eatable treats, they were very helpful all week with car rental, activities, tour guides (like "Teva Haoa" our tour guide, he was great, professional but fun, with lots of knowledge on every aspect of the island), answer any question about the island, they are amazing hosts. If you are not sure yet, just book at Hare Nua.

Felt like we landed in paradise. Staff was great. We did the half board program with an included tour for each night’s stay. Tours were informative and interesting. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

A very impressive meeting! The host Lolita was extremely caring, kind, and pleasant. I was delighted with the hospitality. I am amazed at how warmly I was greeted here! Perhaps the best experience in the history of my travels. Special thanks for the flowers! It touched me very much! The hotel is excellent, well-kept beautiful territory. Internet star-link! Fantastic helpful staff providing excellent stay as well as great extra services, like hassle-free car rental at lower price than in town (and good car) and guided island tours. The location is ideal if you do rent a car, but it is also walkable, 3 minutes from the coast and some Moai statues and some 30-40 minutes from the center of town.

The staff are amazing, so helpful, kind and flexible organising the tours. Tour guide speaks perfect English and they tell you all the rapa nui history! I would highly recommend this hotel! The room is huge and very comfy. The sea view is perfect to wake up to in the morning. Only a 5 minute walk to town, but the hotel has wonderful barbecues in the evening. Its a great place to meet and mingle with the locals and other guests at the hotel.
