Super friendly and hospitable staff. We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. It is a beautiful apartment, very clean and spacious. The apartment has everything one needs. It is very functional, especially the kitchen, other than all the equipments needed, there are coffee machine, milk, oil, salt, pepper etc... The location is excellent too, near to train station and yet very quiet. It is next to a beautiful park and there is a beautiful balcony. Everything is just perfect. We have a great time staying there.

One step away from Interlaken Ost station. Big Coop nearby! Free breakfast is sufficient for me with bread toast, coffee, yoghurt, cheese, cereals, etc. I arrived at 1:30am but they have given instruction to just collect room key. Balcony room is amazing with view of the mountains!! Able to keep my luggages is amazing.
