The ease of finding the hotel, the free parking, the fact that the staff was extremely welcoming, polite and very customer oriented. Fast check-in, nice rooms, very good breakfast. We are vegetarians and we had a number of choices , we were very pleased, our two kids were very satisfied as well.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent – close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet peaceful enough to truly relax. The views from the hotel were absolutely lovely and made our stay feel extra special. We stayed in the Altes Kloster for a family break. The hotel was really comfortable and clean. The check in process was very simple and the staff were really friendly. The location is perfect if travelling to Bratislavia or Vienna. The room was huge and really comfortable. This was one of the best hotels I stayed in for a long time based on the price paid.
